Terms of service
Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms govern your use of FLYSIMER and any eSIM data plan you purchase through it. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.
What we sell
FLYSIMER resells eSIM data plans provisioned by third-party mobile network operators and aggregators. We set retail prices and handle order delivery and support; the underlying network connection is provided by our supply partners, and coverage, speed, and network quality depend on their agreements with local carriers.
Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax calculation, and payment security for every order — your card details never reach FLYSIMER directly.
Delivery
Your eSIM QR code and activation instructions are delivered by email and shown on the order confirmation page immediately after payment. If an order fails to provision, we'll retry automatically and issue a refund if it can't be resolved.
Acceptable use
Plans are for personal, lawful use. Reselling, sharing an eSIM's data connection commercially, or using it in a way that violates the underlying network's fair-use policy may result in suspension without refund.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
