What we collect

• Email address and name, to deliver your eSIM and receipt
• WhatsApp number, only if you opt in to WhatsApp delivery
• Country of residence, for tax calculation during checkout
• Order and payment records, kept for accounting and support purposes
• Basic usage analytics (pages visited, general location by country) to understand what's working on the site

What we don't collect

We never see or store your card details — Paddle, our payment provider, handles that directly. We don't sell personal data to third parties.

Who we share data with

• Paddle.com Market Limited, to process payment and calculate tax
• Our eSIM supply partner, to provision your data plan against the email/name on the order
• Email and WhatsApp delivery providers, solely to send your QR code and receipt

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete account data that isn't tied to a completed order at any time.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out via the contact page.
